A client of HR à la carte is an exclusive client of HR à la carte.  We value your business and can guarantee we will not distribute ANY personal information to any outside sources.

How can I be sure I have all the documents I need?

Knowing the ins and outs and all the requirements of each HR issue can be challenging.  If you are not sure you have exactly what you need for your specific issue, please call us directly at 1-888-919-7422, and we will be happy to walk you through it.

Can I buy specific documents instead of an entire toolkit?

Our company name says it all ~ “à la carte”.  Our service is designed to enable you to order everything you need the way you need it.  If you need templates from one toolkit and information from another then there is no problem ordering them that way.

Can I tailor the documents to fit my company logo?
How do I retrieve the documents once I’ve purchased them?

Once your purchase has been processed, you will receive an immediate email with downloading instructions.  It’s that simple.

How long do I have to download the documents?

You have 5 calendar days from the date of purchase to download your purchased documents.

Can I download more than once?

No, you will only be able to download the documents you have purchased once.  We highly recommend that you save your downloaded documents to a safe folder on your computer.

What if I don’t see a document for my specific issue?

If you don’t see the information you need then send us an email at info@hralacarte.ca or call us at 1-888-919-7422 and we will help you find what you need.

What if I have a question after I purchase?

Do you offer consulting services for specific projects or issues?

Can I take the documents with me if I leave my current company?

The documents you purchase remain the property of the company for which you purchased them.  If you would like to continue using our documents at your new company, you are welcome to reorder them.


What happened if I get an error after clicking on the clickable words from a document I just opened?

Sometimes the links will not work if you are working within the zipped file itself.  Try opening the zipped files and then saving the folder within it to a directory on your hard drive.  The links should then work.  If you are still having troubles, please call our Customer Service team at 1-888-919-7422.
